PHP 7.0.5 (php-7.0.5_b012.170614.tar.gz) is available on Rocket Customer Portal: https://my.rocketsoftware.com
Go Downloads -> z/Open Source -> “PHP” in the filter. You will find tab USSP-704 with the archive.
