R availibility for z/OS DB2

Hello
I can see R 3.3.0 is scheduled for availability by 2017 end or early 2018. Is there any older working version of R still available for download at this site. IBM websites / redbooks all refers to Rocket website for R download.

Does R support or will support z/OS datasets
Has anyone tried that and care for sharing there experience.

Hi Prabhat,

No one ever purchased support for the R port and so investment ceased and it is no longer available.  If BankWest were to purchase a support contract for Rocket Open AppDev for Z, Rocket could commit to supporting R again  ...possibly.  If BankWest is interested, please contact your local Rocket account executive.
