Git 2.14.4 does not seem to support the submodule functionality

Will 2.26.2 support submodule functionality?

Where can i find the documentation of features supported in the respected versions of Git?

Hello,
Rocket does not make any changes to our ports other than what is needed for functioning on z/OS.  Therefore if a feature is supported on other platforms it will be generally supported on the z/OS ported version as well.  We also do not duplicate documentation provided with each product in the community.  Our documentation focus is strictly on how a port might differ on z/OS.  Please refer to Git community documentation on what is supported in what version.  We have ported Git 2.26 to z/OS.
