What's the procedure for Rocket with keeping up with maintenance on Zumasys products? We had Z maintenance on AccuTerm - as did many of our customers - and those will be coming due soon.
Apologies for the delayed response.
The current directive is "Business As Usual" until you get detailed notification from Rocket on any new process implemented. What this means is that you'll be getting an invoice from Zumasys 4 - 5 weeks before your expiration date. Invoicing occurs through Zumasys at the start of the month. The invoice includes an email address and number for questions.
If you need any additional information please let me know. Thanks for your patience as we transition the Zumasys products and processes into Rocket.
