I have a tab form.

If the user makes a change to one of the fields and TABS ... then leaves the tab form - life is great.

But, if they do not TAB, I need to force the validate trigger to fire.  So, I put a validateocc(entity) in the LoseFocus trigger of the tab form.

It fires, does its calculations, but then I can never get out of the field that is being modified.

I'm at a loss on what to try next.

Have you tried a postmessage to the tab container? I often use that to control the focus.
