Does anyone have any experience transitioning from Vmsphere to HyperV for hosting the server processes of UNiface?

One of our customers is trying to change to new servers from windows servers on Vmsphere to ones running on HyperV.  Tests indicate the processes are slower to start/run on the HyperV and they are suggesting this is something Uniface/we should 'fix', but I wouldn't know where to start.

Regards,

Iain

Hi Iain,
I cannot probably help you with this.
We have a customer using HyperV. I usually use it for starting the actual Uniface client program remotely. I haven't seen any problems there.
However we had to tell the customer to lock the server to a specific mac-address to cope with license problems (still DLM license). Sentinel license on the same server didn't have the same problem. But that probably something common for all virtual hardware.
