MIGRATION_SCRIPT_ADD_END    

Adds an end statement to triggers when required.

This functionality already exists whilst doing a migration from 9 to 10.  (Which is highly advisable).

Can we have a new feature?  COMPILE_SCRIPT_ADD_END or IMPORT_SCRIPT_ADD_END

The idea being to tidy up any code with an 'end' if it does not exist?
