Rocket Terminal Emulator

Unfortunately, I can no longer find the reference, but I'm pretty sure I saw it in the Rocket online help "somewhere".

I'll try and describe what I'd like to do, and maybe someone can say either than it's not supported or, if it is, how to use it.

I download files from the mainframe to the PC using a file containing a bunch of command along the lines of

I then select Transfer, Transfer list and Play on the file containing all the RETR commands

What I would like to do is ensure that the files transferred to the PC all have trailing blanks on each line removed.

When I saw the BLANKSTRIP documentation, it seemed like that might do the trick, but if it does/can, I can't figure out how to use/define it.

Okay - I found it myself. I think the BLANKSTRIP was a red herring.

It was enough to select Transfer, Options, then Connection from the left-hand pane, Edit for the relevant FTP connection, Miscellaneous and check the option Trim trailing blanks on download
