Hello

I would like to share my observation on what I suspect was a bug in DMSTRSC in iCluster 9.1.0 compared to 9.1.1.

In  9.1.0, when I run DMSTRSC with RUNCHKSUM(*CLUSTER)  (= *NO from its value in DMSETSVAL), I notice in event log that some 17,000+ objects are checked for the replication group.    But when I run DMSTRSC in a later occasion for the same group with RUNCHKSUM(*YES), the event log message indicates that  18,000+ objects are checked.  And this explains why my colleague complains some data in DR system are different from DC system in my first run which I reported the incident in this thread :  https://community.rocketsoftware.com/discussion/my-surprising-discovery-about-dnstrsc-sctypefull

After I upgrade 9.1.0 to 9.1.1, I run DMSTRSC with RUNCHKSUM(*CLUSTER)  (again = *NO), I now see the event log message indicating 18,000+ objects are checked which is what I see as a bug being fixed.   I cannot find this improvement described in iCluster document named   icluster_release_notes_v9.1.1_9-11-2023.pdf.  So, I have no idea if what I encountered above was actually a bug  or not but I'm grateful that it was rectified in 9.1.1.

And I ask Rocket SW to put a message out that upgrading iCluster 9.1.0 to 9.1.1 is very easy because there are onyl 7 new-version objects to be restored onto the existing ICLUSTER library of 9.1.0.    So the upgrade process is a snap !

Just an FYI... I did forward your suggestion to include the enhancement or fix in the list of fixed issues.  When development closes a fix package it is likely that there were many minor fixes that get addressed that do not get listed.  Many of the issues they improve have not yet been reported or tied to a CASE so the improvement is done without fanfare.
