With Crystal Reports XI installed, we were able to create the def files for the craxdrt.dll (which was located in "C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Business Objects\\3.0\\bin") and crviewer.dll ("C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Business Objects\\3.0\\crystalreportviewers11\\ActiveXControls" using the Axdefgen utility in Acubench. We found them under Components - "Report Object" and "Crystal ActiveX Report Viewer Control 11.0". I don't know if it would be of any use to post the ones we generated, because different versions of Acubench will produce different def files, and I would imagine so could different builds of Crystal Reports. In the example npcrview.cbl that we posted earlier, the activex.def is the one supplied by Acucorp. The screen and resource are also not really needed, they are just ways for the user to put in parameters we will pass to the report.
Hope this helps!

Guys,

I know some of you are using Crysal 11.

We've been looking into Crystal recently and I had verion 9 installed on my machine.

I was able to look in active X components in AcuBench and see the viewer, and place it on a screen etc.

But this doesn't seem to be available in 11.

Anyone currently using 11 who can help/point me in the correct direction?

Thanks,
Shaun

Thank you.

I think we've sorted it out. A fresh install of crystal with a new license code from Business Objects sorted out the missing dll's.
