Hello,

We are in discussions about connecting our ZMF instances (V83) to Service Now so that we can tie a SNOW change or incident record to a package thats related to the item.Ā  Has anyone done this previously and if so, please provide some details etc on how this can be accomplished.Ā  Any information would be greatly appreciated.Ā

We are aware of customers who have implemented a Service Now connection to ChangeMan and it could be done using web services or REST services.Ā  There are Pros and Cons to each method.Ā  Our professional services organization has assisted accounts and we would be happy to have a discussion for creating an SOW to do this work.Ā  Let me know via a direct email if you want to have a conversation about Professional services assistance.
