CHM830 Don't verify Smart Editor Integration Details

In ZMF4ECL 83, when we edit COBOL program, we use Smart Editor Integration. But every time we open a Changeman member the following dialog box opens :

It is displayed even if you do not open a Cobol program (for example a REXX). We need a way to stop opening this dialog box. Or a quick way to deactivate the Smart Editor Integration (without going through Window/Preference)
