Component Query Customization - Changeman Plugin

We requested customization in the component query process in the changeman plugin.
Today the plugin allows querying by * in the component field and this causes a performance problem due to scanning of all existing components.
In the test I performed through the plugin, it caused the plugin to crash for a long time, making me turn off and turn on the plugin again.
