Applications are often deployed across multiple plaforms, that span both distributed and mainframe environments. At the same time, enterprises often have a clear differentiation that separates the mainframe data center and the distributed environment. Is it important to federate/integrate your mainframe change management solutions across environments? Why? What challenges does this raise?
