There is an open enhancement for this functionality in the system: ENH256167: HLLX: Provide an XML service to allow the HLLX table to be reloaded. (This request also includes a request to have this functionality made available via the ISPF admin panels.)

ENH256167 has been delivered in ZMF 8.1.2. There is a new option (Z) on the HLLX admin panel which allows the execution of Reload, Attach, and Detach of the HLLX address space. A new XML Service was also introduced (hllexit.admin.modify) with options for RELOAD, DETACH, and ATTACH
