Prior to ChangeMan ZMF 8.2 Patch 4, components that were locked within a package could only be unlocked by the user who possessed the lock or by administrators. In ZMF 8.2 Patch 4 we added the option to add a new security entity to the application admin parms that allows additional users the ability to unlock components.
