Support Tip: CICS NEWCOPY failure not returning correct return code and error message

When the CICS NEWCOPY function executes a batch job to communicate with CICS transaction SEML, if the NEWCOPY function fails the job ends with RC=0 and no error message is written to SYSPRINT.
