After opening a support case it is often necessary for customers to send files to us for assessment or for Micro Focus to send files to customers. The file exchange location generated for each case is secure and unique to that specific case.

To obtain the URL and connection credentials (i.e. userid and password) for your case:

- navigate to the following URL, if you are not already in the case: https://portal.microfocus.com.

- select Cases.

- find and open the relevant Case Number.

- scroll down to find and expand the section named File Exchange.

- this will contain the required URL, Account (i.e. userid) and Password details to upload or download files.
