Are you running your ChangeMan ZMF IMPACT job (PGM=CMNIA000) with a PARSE= parameter? Do you have a specific reason for doing this? If so, fine. If not, or if you are unsure if you have, or ever had, a reason to use a PARSE= parameter then it is very possible that you should not be using this parameter at all.
