Support Tip: ZMF 8.3 users encountering CMN8856I (promote locked) errors during final approval

Several customers that have upgraded to the ZMF 8.3 release have been caught out by issues linked to ‘Promote locked’ and ‘CMN8856I - Package is promote locked.’ messages being issued during the final approval of packages. When upgrading to ZMF 8.3 or later releases please ensure that you are familiar with the contents of KB article KM000024359.
