Summary Connection establishment with Artix router appears to be very slow
Article Number 15742
Environment Artix 5.5 JAX-RPC C based Artix router
Question/Problem Description Connection establishment with Artix router appears to be very slow
First invocation through the Artix router is slower than the others
Clarifying Information
Error Message
Defect/Enhancement Number
Cause During the first invocation Artix must establish a binding for the source and the destination. Depending on the transports this can take a period of time (in the order of milliseconds).
Resolution A SOAP/HTTP to CORBA dummy invocation should take less than .5 second for the first invocation when the client router and server are all on the same host. If this is taking longer investigate the time stamps on the requests going through the router using logging by setting MESSAGE_SNOOP=* and IT_GIOP=*, this will show the requests and response with a timestamp. Most often the time is spent in the back end service doing some application logic that is unrelated to Artix.

SPAM I also faced the same problem with my Artix router . I thought it will be solved after resetting the router but when I reset the router after that time router connection was too slow than before. Then I changed the router and using the Asus router but sometimes asus router login not working. I tried many possible processes but could not be solved.Really if the internet connection was gone at that time increasing our frustrate time.
