Thread originally posted on 19 July 2011]Hi all,with visibroker 8.5 i can't set the property vbroker.orb.fragmentSize to a value != 0 (i.e turning fragmentation on).Whenever i try do this (for example vbroker.orb.fragmentSize = 65536 and vbroker.orb.streamChunkSize = 65536) i receive the following error message:java.lang.ClassCastException: com.inprise.vbroker.GIOP.FragmentCDROutputStream cannot be cast to com.inprise.vbroker.GIOP.OutputStream at com.inprise.vbroker.interceptor.ChainClientInterceptorAdapter.is_a(Unknown Source) at com.inprise.vbroker.orb.DelegateImpl.is_a(Unknown Source) at org.omg.CORBA.portable.ObjectImpl._is_a(ObjectImpl.java:112) at org.omg.CosNaming.NamingContextExtHelper.narrow(NamingContextExtHelper.java:73)Can anyone give a hint to resolve this error.Kind regards,michael
