Aloha.  Recently some of our system are getting upgraded from Reflection X 14.* to Reflection X Advantage.  I noticed that our users running Reflection X Advantage are unable to authenticate to Linux hosts using x509 authentication.  When launching a client connection, the "select user key" dialog pops up, and they select the correct key (which points to a key from their smartcard) from the list, but the authentication fails.  We don't have any issues using x509 authentication with the Reflection FTP Client for our SFTP connections, so I'm not sure what settings to check for Reflection X Advantage.

Hi Angelo Alvarez,

Looking at the RXA documentation I believe you need to configure an additional component called PKI Services Manager to successfully authenticate with RXA using X.509.  Your question is better asked directly to our Technical Support team so that they can help with any issues you encounter in this process.  You can contact us at 800-688-3270, support2@microfocus.com, or https://portal.microfocus.com/s/?language=en_US

Best Regards,
