On my team we have a tool for submitting jcl jobs from local machines to a remote z/OS system that depends on the zoautil_py library. We've run into a few issues with this library when printing job output that contains characters that cannot be encoded to utf-8. What is the official forum/process to report bugs and make requests for functionality?
