Great!  There are some sources of information about how many hours cost a single FP. Of course it is based on own experience.  http://www.ifpug.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/IYSM.-Thirty-years-of-IFPUG.-Software-Economics-and-Function-Point-Metrics-Capers-Jones.pdf (on page 49 there is a list of languages and their conversion rates). In this list, Javascript is ranked at the same level as ESPL/I.   Luis Vila
