The location of entity descriptors is determined by the $RSO path—in resource files (\\edc\\Entity@Model.edc), or in ULANA.DICT.

I did not find any information about this evolution.

Entity@Model.edx disappeared ?  The file is no longer used or it has been replaced ?

Hello Gilles,

The entity descriptors with the extension .edx were removed with the patch G414. It was determined that theses files are obsolete, since Uniface does not use them anywhere. This was done as part of a cleanup for $ude("exist").
