I downloaded and installed uniface, registered on the website, received an email containing the Entitlement ID: 20a8c1c4-****-****-*****-************, however, at the end of the installation, when I go to activate the product the message appears: "Customer IDs do not match. Please contact Uniface support."

Hi Renato,
This issue occurs when an eid for another customer has been previously installed on the machine. To resolve the problem, delete the configuration file sntlcloudp_configuration_unifacebv.xml created by the previous installation. The default location for this file is C:\\ProgramData\\Rocket Uniface 10 Community Edition\\License. After the configuration has been cleared up, the activation should be successful.

Can you check if the XML file has been recreated as part of the activation? If it has, please start Uniface to see if the license file gets downloaded.

The answer to the first question is yes, it generated another xml file.
However, when trying to open the IDE this message appears:
