UnifAce 9.x was not released for "windows 11" (have a look into then PAM)
And the colleagues from Uniface said that although uniface would run, such artifacts can occur.
Maybe you can set with/without border for a widget or do some setting in the INI-file 
But UnifAce will not provide a guarantee for this.
Since we have important customers from the banking environment, we have had to bite the bullet and upgrade to Uniface 10.4 :-)

A hint: the ueditbox widget have now several new additional parameters like 'Draw 3-D Frame Outside' which may affect such display.
