Hi

When I look out for a component by"cptfrm:" I got a list sorted by "utimestamp", right?
How to sort this list by componentname or component description?

And don't say, this is not possible under UF10
My believe into a new software version is, that all (usefull) features of an older version are still working.

Hi Ingo,

I would like to use the saying: “You hit the nail on the head”. I was about to add this as a wish. (Not the saying, but the timestamp thing 😊)  You reminded me to do so.

Peter

I have found that, since the component list is self-filtering as you type based on 'contains' in the component name and description, I don't need to sort and search visually, I just type the bit I'm looking for and the list shortens to where I can see the component.

(e.g. if I have a component called rep_field_comp, or one which contains "Shows painted fields for an entity", I type cpt:field and the component is in a (now very short) list.).

Since it's not a multi-select function, sorting is usually to allow for visual searching (am I wrong) the improved and (not highly) responsive search filter replaces it.

You do have to type a bit slowly at first, it frequently messes with what I am typing by the third or fourth character, but one gets used to waiting patiently for it to do its thing.
