Hi

In UnifAce 9, it was possible to select an object type from the panel be CTRL-rightmouse-click.
So you can insert the same object type over and over agin into the "define frame"

With UnifAce 10, this work not anymore?
What is bad, as also "load all fields" doesn't work any more.
Just to create a (fast-) form with almost all fields take much more time.

Despite the "problem" to have to insert first, then rename and then defines other attributes.
Iin UnifAce 9, a simple double cklick on the objects open the necassary dialogs.
In Uniface 10, you have to move from left (rename) to right (attributes) and between this, you have to wait for UnifAce to update the canavas structure

Hi Ingo,

The described functionality is actually broken in Uniface 9.7. It has been recognized as BUG#31743 (Problem Painting Multiple Widgets) and it currently is on the backlog. Since version 9.7 is now maintenance mode it's unlikely that this will resolved in Uniface 9. It might be that the lab will add this as an enhancement to the Uniface 10 IDE at some point. But currently there are no plans to pick this up (any time soon) - at this moment there are other things with a higher priority (as you probably already heard). Sorry.

Again, if enough users request this functionality then the chances will of course increase that this matter is picked up sooner than later.

Hope this helps.

Daniel
