Latest Uniface Community download

Yes, it's a little bit paradoxical. "You can build unlimited non-commercial applications. Free forever". But to update the product and get the improvements we have version after version... you need to fill in again the form, confirm you are 18 years-old or more, and ask someone for the link.

Is it my imagination or in an earlier CommunityEdition version was able to auto-upgrade itself?

I managed to go seamlessly from v10.04.01 to v10.04.03...  there is a subsection download--> uniface, where there are many distributions and patches

Choose the main .exe - Uniface Community Edition, and it will do any upgrades necessary.

You don't need to complete the registration again, as it will only trigger the same email response. To get the latest version, simply click the download button once more-the link always points to the most current version.

No idea, I thought link was temporary.

Perhaps it would be good to add a paragraph to the email indicating this possibility and taking the opportunity to say that Uniface is a product that continuously evolve. The Uniface you are downloading is great but next week Uniface will be even better.

I support idea from Luis to better explain how to upgrade into that mail providing the "Entitlement ID".

However, starting always from same button available in the mail I received with my Entitlement ID, I've dowloaded:
- 10.4.03.002 => started installation => recognized my Community Edition => upgraded => OK! From 10.4.03.001...
- 10.4.03.003 => started installation => does NOT recognize my Community Edition => propose to choose another location => BAD...
- 10.4.03.004 => started installation => does NOT recognize my Community Edition => propose to choose another location => BAD...

For time being I am stuck to 10.4.03.002... any solutions other than: export everything => go for a fresh install => reimport everything ?
