Hello,
does anyone know what happens, if two different clients "laptops" use the same username logging on to Anywhere?
Are there different settings for this?

How to avoid this?
2-step verification?

Hi Roger,

the same username used on different machines, will setup different sessions for every used machine within the Uniface Anywhere Host.

When using the same username on different machines with 2-step verification will require the same authenticator to be used on both machines.

Thanks Nico,
that's approximately what I thought.
Isn't it possible to set it so, that logging in from another laptop with the same username (without 2-step verif.), would log out the first user?

Hi Roger,

No, that is not possible.

You can set the 'maximum sessions per user' on 1, but this means that the first one with a username can login and the second one using the same username/password will not be granted access.
