Howdy ya'll,

Does anyone have a 'migration ' document to share with me/us?

I've got a large Uniface app (based on 9.x - but started life in late 1999) - with
code mixed between LFLD / NFLD and local procs.

Given that I would like to move this to an Intranet based application,
I'm not overly worried about bandwidth (we run a 10gb backbone) - any suggestions
as to JS activation of code on server, what type of functions should/could be pulled
out and validiated in the browser etc etc...

I'm pretty sure there's a few documents out there - I just cannot seem to find
one or more that's accessible to me...

Kind regards,
Knut

specially in 'Chapter 6: Migrating from Uniface 9'

Hi Marcelo,

Thanking you for your time!
The migration of the code is indeed simple and straight forward.

I guess I should have been more specific - a 'best-practices' doument - where
solutions to where to move code to from the LFLD / NFLD / FGF / OGF triggers
since we have a very 'tight' control on where the users can move in a C/S application -
much of which isn't available in a web based application...

Kind regards,

Knut
