as we still have not all info users are looking for centralised in the CHM
(I agree these mappings should be part of the database specific pages)
I checked some other sources and found:

PAM9705-007.pdf calls U7.1 for Oracle 12c.

Perhaps you can contact Joanne Roberson for problems found as she uses oracle 12c:

12c or 12c R2?

Based on latest PAM:

• 11g R2 => U7.0
• 12c => U7.1
• 12c R2 => U7.2
• 18c => U7.3

We just migrated our first customer to 12c at the end of november.
It's on U9.6 using U7.1. It works flawless!

It would appear a 12.1 client can connect seamlessly to 12.1 and 12.2 versions of the database.

Thus, I presume there's still life in the U7.1 driver?

However, I also remember a post (from 2017 I think) outlining the NEED to use U7.2 against a 12.2 database - but I cannot seem to find that post.  I'm pursuing this because we will end up going to a 12.2 database later this year and need to plan the rollout of client software as well as potentially having to upgrade Uniface...

Hi Venkat,

Oracle driver U7.3 was released with U9.7.05.007.

You can either:
- upgrade Uniface to U9.7.05.007 or a newer patch level
- use U7.2 driver with Oracle Client 12c.R2 in compatibility mode.
