Description:

For entity-level UX widgets Uniface ignores the initial properties that are defined in the usys.ini file.

Environment:

+Uniface Version : 10.4.03
+Operating System : ALL
+Database : ALL

Workaround:

Define initial properties using the Property Inspector, or use ProcScript to add initial properties to $entityproperties before webdefinitions is executed.

Notes:

This problem has been fixed.

UNI-42202  -  Informix Logon Path using the database server name gives error since Uniface 10.4.03

Solution available in patch(es):      10.4.03-018

Description:

An Informix Logon Path can have the syntax
DatabaseName{@ServerName}
When a database server is used trying to logon gives error
Driver ERROR (47): The specified server name is too long.

Environment:

+Uniface Version : 10.4.03
+Operating System : OS independent
+Database : Informix

Workaround:

Specify the database server name via an environment variable and use in asn file

Notes:

This problem is solved.
