Henk van der Veer said I cannot find the reference in the documentation where is stated:"Component variables—defined in a component (choose )."
Scripting->Proc Syntax->Operands->Variables
Obviously we recognize the need for this type of variable and we will add this functionality in an upcoming version; not necessarily the next update, though.

I cannot find the reference in the documentation where is stated:
"Component variables—defined in a component (choose )."
But indeed, the documentation is fully not in sync with the product: the creation, definition and maintenance of Component Variables is not supported in this Early Adopter version yet. Obviously we recognize the need for this type of variable and we will add this functionality in an upcoming version; not necessarily the next update, though.
