We have a problem with uniface 9.0.2.22. It work good with our windows 7 but we are trying to run it on windows 10 and have error

Please help

Are you sure that you have the correct license? For Windows 10 you need a different license feature than for Windows 7 - unless you have the UW32 feature that is valid for both Windows versions. It might be an idea to contact your account manager and check if everything is in order with your current license.

It's your Uniface License - as Daniel suggested - reach out to your account manager....

hey ,
thank you . 
it was really the license problem.
but now i face a new problem .
we have new users on the domain , 
when we trying to get into the uniface menu he asking for username \\ password.
we put a known user name \\ password and it saying its wrong.
when we using an old member on the domain and we put a correct U\\P it work.
all this on the same pc.

any suggest ?
