Labels size [U9.4]
Author: spanish_uniface@hotmail.es (uniface8)
Hi all,
I´m working with U9.4, when I change the screen font size of our application using the setup menu, the fields changes their size, that´s right, but the labels don´t; in U8,fields and labels changes their size.
Someone knows why?
Regards,Rafa.
Hi Rafa,

I´m using the same ini file, adding the new features of U9.4.
I know that if I change the ini file works fine, but In U8 the user can change the font size in runtime and the application preserve the aspect, in U9.4 don´t.
I mean, it seems that in U8 "component text" use the value font of "font0" of ini file, this value could change if the user change it; this kind of component don´t exists in U9 and take the value of "label" (or whatever we need).
Is there a way to change the font size in runtime and that the application preserves the aspect?
Regards,Rafa.

Hi Rafa,
now I'm with you: in V8 it was ordinary Component Text (which means part of the canvas).
During Migration to V9, it was converted to a label and therefore behaves like a label (aka different from the way it used to be).
Perhaps some CPWR expert can give us advice how to overcome this deficit.
