Hi all
We have the following message defined:
"Result of the calculation %%$result%%% % has to be prooved".
The value of 84.25 in $result produced in Uniface 8 the message "Result of the calculation 84.25 % has to be prooved"
In Uniface 9.4 the message looks like this: "Result of the calculation 84.25 & has to be prooved".
Is this a uniface-bug? Does anybody have any idea how to solve this?

Think there was something documented that "%% " (2% and a space) will become a single "%"

Hi Jürg,
I just tried my suggestion and found that & does not occur in our 9.4.01.02 (R121 1214_1) environment.
Looks like there is a patch for it already available

Hi Juerg,
I think, this is a Uniface BUG 29383: R116/P225: "Percent sign is displayed as Ampersand in message" and this is solved in patch R119. Give it a try.
