Web service without a Web License

Hi Nowdays I'm sharing some information with my customers using TXT file, but from now I have to create some other way to share these informations. I thought to use webservice, but I don´t have uniface WEB license. Are there some way to run webservice in uniface without web license   Thanks Nei
