few suggestions:

0) probably some details on your platform stack could be helpful for us to try to give you some advices.

1) have you checked the global coherence of your installation?

I mean:
- Uniface 32bit
- Oracle Client 32bit

Or:

- Uniface 64bit
- Oracle Client 64bit

2) I see some problems probably related to the Oracle installation. Are you sure Oracle is correctly working on same workstation where Uniface should be executed?

3) U9.5.01 E124 (2014) ... ehm ... could you try to check it on a younger and supported Uniface installation?

i was trying to do a windows scan but it didnt help

i made a little list of the computers we have , the red lines are pc that working fine , the all other are crashing.

i think we have the uniface application on network share folder so all get the same installation .

the hardware side is OK: 4GB are more than enough.

I suppose you've installed Uniface 32bit on your network share. Could you please confirm it?

Next (very very important: my gotfeel is telling me this is the key check!) you should check to have installed on each workstation Oracle client 32bit (also on 64bit PC!). Could you please check this is the case (expecially on those PC giving you headache)?

Having checked the previous point: which Oracle Client version is installed?

Later on: you should check Oracle client is correctly working opening an Oracle utility (not Uniface!) and trying ALL same connection your Uniface application will do, either from ASN file or with open instruction. Could you check it (again expecially on those PC giving you headache)?

I have a curiousity: do you know the reason why your Uniface application is failing to connect to Oracle so many times at the beginning? All those lines like:
