I'll do a more thorough report about this to Uniface as I get more info.
Now just a quick question here, if anyone recognises this problem.

Using Uniface 10.4.02.021
some of our customers get this error-message

The program files are installed on a server but are processed on the client pc. Some of the clients are able to process the program as some can't, ie. they get the above error-message. It seems that the program is correctly installed and the mappings are ok. Now I know that it's working on Windows10 but not on Windows11, but this has been assumed from a very few clients.

you are probably right. I thought that we had put the C/C++ runtime files into the Uniface bin directory, but now I think that my idea was that they should install those themselves. 
I've to see if I'll have to reconsider this, as there are probably this many that don't have these. Apparently no version is preinstalled on Windows.
