Knowledge Doc: Skeleton CMN$$PST not using the correct table for file tailoring

Skeleton CMN$$PST uses table CMNDB2NN to find matching logical subsystems with recycle stored procedure flag set to YES. When promoting a component setup for this the table CMNDB2NN is not finding a match, so the step to execute PGM=CMNDB2SL is not added.
