Zowe CLI package create contact phone number is defined as a number, not a string

I'm using Zowe CLI to create a ChangeMan package.  The package creator phone number is a string (U1 panel equivalent), but the contact and alt contact phone numbers (U7 panel equivalent) are numbers, so I can't use any separators. 

V2.0.1 of the ChangeMan ZMF plugin for zowe cli has been published that addresses this issue.
