Problem:

How do you copy and paste within grid control?

Resolution:

To copy:  double-click into a grid-cell (edit-mode), mark the value and hit CTL-INSERT to copy that into the clipboard.
To paste:  click into the target cell and hit SHIFT-INSERT.
