Accuterm 8 Dropping Sessions

We are currently facing a critical issue with Accuterm 8. Our team has experienced intermittent session drops while actively working, causing the system to lock up. Although the Accuterm 8 sessions close abruptly, the AIX connection still appears active. Has anyone else had this experience?
