Hello,

We are in discussions about connecting our ZMF instances (V83) to Service Now so that we can tie a SNOW change or incident record to a package thats related to the item.  Has anyone done this previously and if so, please provide some details etc on how this can be accomplished.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.
