Anybody know why this error would get generated when trying to EDA Convert a large file?

Smaller files go thru fine and it seems it does not error at same point if I rerun EDA CONVERT on same file. Have ran the process numerous times on the same file and it seems to just choke 85-90% of the way. 

Any suggestions are greatly appreicated. FYI using EDA Schema Manager 3.3.01
