Morning,

Particularly I prefer the while. Forentity is a little more performant (almost imperceptible). The while gives us more control, especially when using discard for loops with large amounts of data.

Hmm it depends, saving memory  i will use a discard loop. A for Entity does not fit in that case, While a while loop fits. For the rest incase it's just a loop for walking occurrences  use forEntity.

forentity doesn't generate a procerror when they get to the end of the list, so is the simplest to use with exceptions.
