I have been recently hired by a company that creates their programs with Pick/BASIC. Where would be a good place for me to start learning this computer language? I have been learning a lot through my employment, but I would like to find something that could help me to accelerate my progress.

Old but classic https://archive.org/details/pickbasicprogram0000sisk/mode/1up

Useful for learning language

You could also go to http://learn.rocketsoftware.com

If you are using d3, universe or unidata you could ask your colleagues for the manuals.
